We are happy you have decided to join the Paddock Place community. Beginning around January 2008, a team of homeowners have volunteered to manage the Paddock Place Homeowners Association (HOA).  This team has been hard at work keeping the community in prestigious condition!

 

Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you, whether it be walking down the streets, at a welcome social, or a community activity.
 
The goal of the Paddock Place HOA is to create the most enjoyable, safe, and community-oriented neighborhood in Mount Juliet and Wilson County.  We are fortunate to live in a unique and beautiful community that appeals to all types of families.
 
We have created this website for the Paddock Place Homeowners and hope that you can find everything you need to know about your neighborhood and your community.  Please take time to look around this site for the rules and restrictions, architectural request forms, committee information, neighborhood events, secured neighborhood forum and more.
